Chris CoutinhoandClaude Opus 4.8 8cae7d1708 fix(search): address PR #834 review findings
Resolve the latest PR-review comment on the verify-on-read tag-gate work:

- tests: stringify note IDs in test_verify_on_read.py so SearchResult.id
matches production (scanner stringifies all IDs on write) — helper and the
  keeps/deleted/mixed/dedupe assertions (blocking).
- tests: make the unshared-file negative control a PDF so the drop is
unambiguously "unshared", not a mime_type_filter mismatch.
- config: add Validator("VECTOR_SYNC_PDF_TAG", len_min=1) — an empty tag name
would make find_files_by_tag("") misbehave in the verifier and scanner.
- verification: correct the _verify_files comment — two batch fetches (tag
REPORT + EXCLUDED_TAGS lookup) are held under one semaphore slot; the
  pure-Python intersection runs outside it.
- tests: de-duplicate the minimal-PDF constant into a shared PDF_BYTES in
tests/integration/conftest.py, imported by both integration modules.

Verified: ruff/format/ty/unit all green; the two integration modules
(10 tests) pass against a local Nextcloud (app-only, no MCP profile needed).

Chris CoutinhoandClaude Opus 4.6 c6316dbb91 fix: address PR review — remove token exchange tests, improve logging
- Remove all RFC 8693 token exchange tests (integration, manual, keycloak)
since Nextcloud doesn't support bearer tokens without upstream patches
- Remove manual impersonation/ADR-004 scripts and their docs
- Clean up token_exchange singleton from integration conftest
- Improve logging in _complete_login_flow_v2_as_user with step-by-step
[username] prefixed messages matching _complete_login_flow_v2 style
- Remove unnecessary time staggering from all_login_flow_user_tokens;
concurrent token acquisition works without artificial delays

Chris CoutinhoandClaude Opus 4.5 9a6a253858 fix(tests): Add singleton reset fixture to prevent anyio.WouldBlock errors
Add module-scoped autouse fixture `reset_all_singletons` in
tests/integration/conftest.py that resets all global singletons
between test modules:

- _qdrant_client (vector/qdrant_client.py)
- _embedding_service, _bm25_service (embedding/service.py)
- _provider (providers/registry.py)
- _vector_sync_state with memory streams (app.py)
- _tracer (observability/tracing.py)
- _registry (auth/client_registry.py)
- _token_exchange_service (auth/token_exchange.py)

This fixes anyio.WouldBlock errors that occurred when running the
full integration test suite together. The errors were caused by
stale singleton state holding references to dead event loops or
closed memory streams from previous test modules.

Results:
- Before: 22 passed, 26 errors (WouldBlock), 12 failed
- After: 48 passed, 25 skipped, 1 failed (unrelated timeout)

Chris CoutinhoandClaude 5c73b85f65 fix: Increase MCP sampling timeout to 5 minutes for slower LLMs
- Increase sampling timeout from 30s to 300s in semantic.py to accommodate
  slower local LLMs like Ollama
- Refactor RAG integration tests to support multiple providers (ollama,
  openai, anthropic, bedrock)
- Remove unnecessary embedding_provider fixture since MCP server handles
  embeddings internally
- Add --provider flag via tests/integration/conftest.py
- Add provider_fixtures.py with factory functions for generation providers
